I am kind of with 87AE-82 in not being excited about the colors, and not crazy about the "SOHC". I do how ever like the blue valve cover sticker theme. If you guys want to do that sticker as is you can. I would like to a radius on all the corners of the blue and red boxes though, like in my versions below. I could not resist messing about with stickers again. No one probably wants to see them but here they are. The black line would be the edge of the sticker but not actually printed.

The first one you put is perfect NP75. At least in my option

Yeah.. that first one definitely looks pretty good. That should be pretty easy as there are less colors and it is pretty straight and to the point

Ya, that sticker would be cheaper to make, couple bucks as a sticker and probley close to $10 as a decal.

have we came up with a design thats gonna stick?? or will any one get pissed if i go and make one of my own at a local shop here ???? i can see if you guys like them and try to get a deal on a few of them for the site??

i think the first one with the rocker suites the 4ac better but the 4a sticker like the valve cover is real keen too........ they both look good i need to get with ghost to look at these and see what he can come up with...and a mock up..i like them both

I like both, but I was talking about the second one with the blue 4A.

So it seems like we have a pretty good consensus that the one with the 4A in the blue box is the one to go for. Overdrive418 is the only one that has been in the discussion lately that we have not heard from I think. I don't want to get involved in the actual making and selling, but I will happily provide a graphics file. I had a look at a company on the web to see what they were asking for in terms of file format, I can do some of them. I can make very high resolution (300DPI or better) image files of various types ( jpg, bmp, psd, and ton of others). So it's just a question of who wants to take it on.

i got a dude that makes stickers fair prices and very nice work...i can get him to come over or send him this link.... just let me know...hes doing a sticker for me 7.5 x 48" for the front windshield for a great price......

I like NP75's first one but as a clear decal for a window. In any case I think it should have the 4A like on the rocker cover.

This one I like. The rocker arm design is not a bad idea, its just not an element that would catch on by anyone other than us, know what I mean. I don't want to have to explain a sticker.

So, what are we gonna run with then? We can keep looking at different ones forever.

We are going with this one:



The only questions left in my mind are:

1. Do we have the dash between 4AC and Powered

2. Who is going to handle the manufacture and sales

3. What size the sticker will be

#1 is minor, #2 is major, #3 will follow #2 based on what is available in standard size at the company making the stickers

You forgot number 4, Is it going to be a sticker or a decal?
