Are we thinking like a vinyl cut out kinda thing?, or a one piece sticker.

One piece with the stuff printed on, standard bumper sticker type thing.

I was thinking a screen printed sticker about 1 to 1.5" x 6-8".
Price will depend on how many people want one.
A run of 100 will be far less expensive than 10, although usually a professional shop has a minimum order. It really comes down to how much are you willing to spend on a decal? How many people want how many? If we can get close to 50 I'd say its worth going into, if not...I personally don't know what I'd do with 40 extra stickers!

I guess I can look into doing it.

This is a little late to the discussion, but I was thinking something more along the lines of this: (This is the sticker I am planning to put on my car anyways.)



Colors are subject to change (used the colors from the engine decal) and keep in mind that the text is only place holder right now, I am still looking to make it look just the way I want.

But I was going to have a proof made probably as early as next week and see what it'll cost.

That's valid. I was just showing you guys what I am doing for a sticker on my Corolla. It's designed to be 4"x6", and I'm going to tailor the color to match whatever color I paint my valve cover.

I wasn't meaning to like throw it into the ring, haha. If a t-shirt sounds cool to you I could throw it on a proof and see how it turns out, haha.

Sent to a printing outfit over a week ago, they told me they would give me a quote. And since I've been working on other projects this week I've let it go.

I'll be checking with that company later this week about it and the potential for them to do some vinyl decals to replace my old and tired ones. I have a special font type comprising my "COROLLA" decal on the back, a split font that I want to replace after I sand and repaint. So I asked a designer friend who is a coworker and he told me that if I give him a scaled picture of the decal he'd scan it and make it perfect so I could send it in and get a one off made.

Agreed i may drive an AE86 but not everyone else on the forum does why put another forums decals on our 4ac forum we are not just about AE86s we have much more than that ( all though dont get me wrong i like the stickers cause i drive one and am on that forum as well ) but yeah come up with a 4ac design if you wanna sticker voted on and not all of us are from the au either

I have more than just an AE86, I have a 4AC AE86.

The only questions left in my mind are:

1. Do we have the dash between 4AC and Powered

2. Who is going to handle the manufacture and sales

3. What size the sticker will be

#1 is minor, #2 is major, #3 will follow #2 based on what is available in standard size at the company making the stickers

I may have a friend that has the ability to make these... I am going to show her the design in a few days if this is the one we want to go with. From there I can ask her to make some samples and send the sample to NP75 for approval Let me know.
