| I think I am at the point where I will sell this car. I just will no pass smog. the latest numbers. This is a huge step back, the car is failing the 25mph test again. Sat 2 months in a shop, hoping they would fix it, apparently they made it worse. Where do I even begin? btw, spak plug gap is supposed to be 1 mm, right? | |

| Some notes. Fresh gas, correct vacuum routing, gapped the spark plugs (didn't before), CRC guaranteed to pass (LOL) Drove the car for a good 30 minutes. | |

| Those numbers are so bad, I really don't even know where to tell you to begin. I might have a buyer for my engine, but if he doesn't take it I'm only asking $300 and it passes smog every year. That or swap.... | |

| Eesh...I don't know what to tell you dude. Call BAR and see what they say. You may at least be able to get some money for repairs.

| Here is a pre test from maybe 30 mins tues agao changed carbs, back to passing 25mph. Maybe i should just turn in the air fuel screw? This is with a rebuilt carb, they already missed one gasket, probably didn't adjust the fuel. | |

| These carbs can be tricky. You might consider sending it to Carb-X. That guy is nasty with the carb skills. When they rebuilt mine, they machined the throttle shafts, of which were leaking badly. | |

| I can tell you its running way to rich to make the cat work, I dont think adjusting ur Idle mixture will do any good cause by 2000 rpm I dont think its running off the idle jet you can try it I could be wrong | |

| Well, i have two carbs. I think i am going to take apart one of them, and see what gives the car fuel at that RPM. its to fast for the idle circuit, and to slow for the mains(the mains are doing there job fine as well) That's were i'm gonna start. | |
