| Earlier this morning NP75 gave me permission to start designing and eventually producing (selling) stickers. To keep things simple, and me be lazy, I'll copy the message I sent him. "A friend of mine wants to design an official sticker/decal for our cars (or where ever you want to put it). He's a graphic designer and does VERY nice work. He works at a professional decal and vinyl company, so prices will be cheep for members to purchase. I just wanted you permission, assuming this is your forum, to go ahead and do this. I think it would be nice to have an official sticker. I know some members like the idea. I will definitely use a lot of member input for design, so most will like it." NP75 wanted to see the rocker arm in the design. I totally agree. But that doesn't mean we're going to have a 4"x6" rocker arm on out cars. This sticker is for us, by us. Give input, any thing and everything. Not everything will be included, but let's get something that we would be proud to put on out cars. I like the nice little picture on the top of the screen. Although it's really from a driver's point of view on a RWD car. This will be a list of member's names and their idea. Please be respectful of their ideas and intents. If you don't like it, mumble under your breath. But I doubt you guys/girls will, there's a real positive attitude on this site. - NP75 - Rocker arm assembly - NIXmx - Head design (rocker arm, single valve, same side ports), URL - trueno_85 - white/blue "4A" sticker" - Glock30 - rocker arm - EricsFreeAE86 - Simple and clean, text only - not0riouskid - Simple and clean, text only - serchmarc - color, 3D effect, old school look - JohnAE82 - Simple text with a URL

| I like the rocker arm design because it shows the single cam I don't think it should be too large, as I try not to attract too much attention... though I wanna rock this sticker Just my $.02 though | |

| I'd like one that's simple and kinda plain almost. What about copying the "DOHC VTec" stickers for Civics? a la SOHC/4AC but in the same size/style/font as Honda. | |

| LMAO I am still thinking about making a VTec light that comes on whenever the secondary butterfly on my Weber opens. Technically it's mechanical VTec. | |

| Using the valve and rocker arm just complicate it; complicated = exspensive. | |

| I was thinking something along of this: or Not married to the colors or font or exact lay out. The proportion is not right for a normal size bumper sticker on either of them, don't know if we care though. The graphic designer could probably do a better lay out, for I am surely not an artist. The rocker is not exact, I tried to make it look more symetric. I can make a higher res pic of the rocker, change color, change rocker proportions, etc. | |

Not really. It would most likely be a highly detailed picture. I could do a 3"x3" "where's Waldo" with 4000 people and still have good quality. I'm not just talking about a one color "vinyl". The Price will be under $10 shipped. And it will be a NICE sticker. Not a 2D, one color vinyl that is simple and boring. It will be exciting and awesome. Haha, I sound like a direct Japanese translation for a commercial. Nothing TOO complicated and busy, but more than just text and a rocker arm.

Not to turn this thread into a technical one, but it's actually very similar to TVIS. It has nothing to do with cam duration and lift.
