| Because http://3ac-powered.forumotion.com is not a website. I'd like to get a a lot of Tercel owners here. Maybe even clean up the forum a bit. You know, divide it into RWD and FWD/4WD. Make an actual tech section with photos, torque specs, and detiled procedure. Along with hosting for PDFs of the FSMs. Maybe it's just me wanting to be too involved. I remember a lot of tech articles/posts on the old Club4AC forumS. | |

Exactly. But it wouldn't be "4AC" anymore. IT would have to become something like: SOHC A Block powered. Yeah, lame, long, doesn't roll off the tongue. Um, 3/4AC Powered? Then what about the 1AC people? 1/3/4AC Powered? No no no. I GOT IT! SCAB - Single Cam A Block! Yup, that's the money maker. www.ToyotaSCAB.com Makes you want to not use Neosporin. Oh boy. Don't mind me. SCAB is not affiliated with Team SCAR. Ah, the old days. I think about 4 other members will know what I'm talking about.

| What happened to ultragunner haha. I just see it this way... most of us were/are in club4ag... and we had some scattered 4ac info there... at least here, we have all our info in one place... 3ac is only off by 0.1L displacement... Everything parts and mechanically is pretty much the same other than that. I used to be on club4ag looking for 4ac info all day, and I did a decent job of finding it. I just don't see the point in another community. Maybe what could be done is have several landing pages... with just a separate section for 1/3/4. I to to tercel 4wd sites all the time looking for things too. Maybe I am just weird. | |

I did try to get a hold of him after I started this forum, but no luck. - Quote :

They are most certainly welcome, just because the name has 4AC in it does not mean 3AC / 1AC people are not welcome. If you notice the line of text under the forum logo, it says: "Forum for owners of vehicles powered by the Toyota 4AC or related engines" The 1AC / 3AC are related engines.

| I think it makes alot of sense expand the site to 1/3A engine cars. I mean one can install a 4, or even a 7AC into a Tercel. Not to mention if the Tercel is a 4wd, the rear axle is a bolt in for RWD corollas. | |
