| Hello, I'm known as Ataki, and a search for engine information led me to the site. I have an AE82 FX that I just bought, that's going to be my daily/project car for a while. It's definitely a bit rough around the edges at the moment, but the interior is decent, and it runs farily well.    So far, all I've done is replace all 4 struts, the front strut mounts, and the brake master cyl. Next I think, is a vacuum delete and maybe a carb swap. The factory Aisin is a bit worn. | hi and welcome to the forum. i see your in fort worth. i am in Azle ( about 10 -15 miles from fort worth) your car looks good for its age. what are your plans for it? | |

Thanks! It really isn't all that bad, It was never abused, Just not very well maintained. The engine pulls strong, dosen't burn any oil. The carburetor needs work. My plans for right now are to use the car as a daily driver, doing repairs along the way. Once I get it all back up to spec, I might start modding here and there. | |
