It's been my nightmare since I bought this car 3 years ago - hitting a deer at night and ripping off the pop ups. (I average about two hits per year here in PA.) My first time was a little fawn at 30-35 mph. It just bounced off the bumper - I couldn't believe it. It didn't even break the grill.
But I hit my second deer driving my baby at 5:30 yesterday morning. This was a full sized doe at the exact same location and about the same speed. But this one nailed the passenger pop up. I was amazed it did so little damage. It torqued the light so that it wouldn't retract, and cracked the position light bezel. But I got the headlight assembly off and mostly bent back in shape this morning! It's a little more off-whack than before, but I didn't have a good way to fixture it to make it better. And it is good enough for a daily. I'm a happy guy!

Damn that Sucks!. That's why I hate driving through areas where deer are , I'd rather hit Hondas and enjoy it than a deer!. Good Luck
