Anyone recommend a shift knob?

The stainless steel on on techno is pricey, doesn't include the extender..

Or where I can get a TRD one?

Thanks!

I'm running a TRD shifter, 3" eBay extension, and a 8" tall Craftsman pry bar handle. The taller shift lever all but negates the shortened throw pattern lol.

I'm running the grip rod snowball heavy right now and am about to have them custom make a blueball heavy for me. They are great people to work with. They don't normally make the blueball heavy but they are going to do it for me with a 2-3 week turn around for the normal price of any of the other heavies.
