I found a replacement. Ever since I saw an AE82 at the junkyard with aftermarket cylinder type bike lock style locks, I've wanted to replace my lock cylinders with something that couldn't be opened by anyone with more than one worn 80's Toyota key, a screwdriver, or a piece of celery in their pocket (seriously, you can open those things with ANYTHING!).

Turns out the bone standard 1980's ford parts are a pretty good fit. Might be that mine were already all mucked up from someone prying off the clips to break in, but they went it with just a little love tap. Now they're press fit in there with a much bigger and heftier clip behind them. Cost me like $15 with new clips for the rods.
