I think it's a 3TC he has. I seem to recall that Thorley makes 3TC headers.

I'd rather have a dual exhaust outlet than to have a huge rice burner. Also looks a lot cleaner in my opinion.

I just changed it from stock today, put a Chinese Flowmaster knockoff muffler in 2.25" with dual outlets on it. So far, way too noisy for my taste, but the way I welded the hangers on leaves the muffler sitting on the heat shield (FUCK!) and I think it's vibrating the car a bit because of that. BEAUTIFUL idle sound, deep and mellow, but as soon as I get on the pedal it gets LOUD!!. At least it doesn't sound "ricey", but I think a glass pack somewhere after the cat if I can fit it is in the works next.

Too ashamed! : ) I'll post a pic after I re-weld the hangers and weld the stainless tips on.

i don't have a usb cord for my camera, or a card reader yet but i have similar mufflers as the pictures, i'm going to be running 2.5'' exhaust, not really caring on how much low end i'm going to lose... just that tone of a bigger pipe is the goal but i know both of these muffler's are going to have diffrent effects...

I am not to picky on power but I need a cheap muffler that is very quiet! I have 2" tubing from the headers to the back, I found some options I just can't decide on what is the quietest internal construction? Chambered, turbo style, or other types?

pace setter header, full OBX exhaust with some JDM tilt Wink 2.5 inch all the way. sounds almost like a an sr20 with straight pipes and a hks muffler. its loud when you get on it but you can be subtle.

Nothing was modified to make it fit, i bought a t3 test pipe to replace the cat and every thing lined up. The resonator does hang low, but is should be fine if your not slammed. Ill take more pics when i have free time.
