hey everyone im new to the forum i own :
1984 AE86 SR5 corolla hatch 4cyl(4a-c) 5speed Rwd car does run & drive
The bad
1 : Hood and Headlights are dented - The previous owner was backed into by a large truck.
2 : Interior is COMPLETELY gutted except for the dash and the two front seats
3 : Suspension was replaced with very very stiff springs and also slammed super low
5 : Hatch was rusted pretty good. Previous owner filled in spots as best possible.

Now the Good

1 : Car runs, strong! motor was rebuilt only got about 30K
2 : New Transmission
3 : New Clutch
4 : Amazing fuel mileage.
5 : Car was driven from where I picked it up. Rides pretty good, actually
6 : New fuel pump
7 : New master cylinder
8 : locked diff./posi unit
Interior has been sprayed with rubberized under coating
needs a lil work but no biggy gonna be my lil gas saver and drift toy

Welcome! Don't forget to add location info. And you are right, not too bad for $200! Any engine bay pics? Pics of the front end damage with the hood open? How handy are you with a welder. If you can sawzall a front end off of a rear ended/t-boned and welt it to yours, why not? The rest of the car looks good. Personal suggestions (as with any forum response); paint the interior one dark color, 4 matching wheels, the front end bits. Maybe a new hatch instead of dealing with the rusted bits. And You can find a used set of springs on Club 4AG. Slammed and stiff are usually not good. Save your suspension, chassis, and spine! Ooh, a cloth dash mat. They are super cool and don't glare onto the windshield.

Nice. I would advise against those springs. While they are appealing, they often don't tell you the spring rate. Who knows if they are the same? There are a lot of good articles and threads you should read. Here on 4ACP, Club4AG's technical section (not the forum), and other Corolla sites.

The wheels you are asking about I believe are SSR MKI wheels. You can also buy Centerlines if you like the style.
